In addition, it is comprised of a large lobby space, as well as two additional offices. The space has shared access to toilets (with one other business), its own lockable entrance from the Carpark, and 24hr access will be available.
With plenty of room to spread out, the space is appropriate for multiple recording applications. Adjacent to Anomaly Studios, an extensive Film production and post-production facility, your Recording Studio will benefit from a positive association with the ongoing influx of clients and creatives in the area.
The space is in a fair state, and does need some minor repairs in order to be up to high-end professional standards, although the space is currently at a functional level. All the important aspects like control booth glass, soundproofing and other acoustics are all in good condition, but some work is required on other aspects of the space.
