Our Boat Steering Kits use a planetary gear design which has 3 satellite gears that rotate on their axis around the centre gear. This allows for equal distribution of engine torque over 3 points which divides and balances the load.
The advantage of this is that it gives you significantly less engine feedback and increased steering life.
Our kits come with a fast connect planetary helm, universal steering cable and a 90 degree black bezel kit with all mounting hardware.
Our kits come in 15 different cable sizes from 2.44m up to 7.32m long.
